Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Once a packet has been opened, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. This is in line with food industry standards, which prioritize hygiene and safety for consumable products.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or full refund for the defective or incorrect item(s). To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide photos or videos of the damaged product along with your order details.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue, along with images of the product.
  3. Our team will review the case and, if necessary, offer a replacement or a full refund. within 5 Days.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a return or replacement is required due to a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We strongly advise you to inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any issues with the packaging or product, please notify us immediately. After 2 days, no claims will be accepted.
