At Myxer, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
Eligibility for Return & Replacement
Returns and replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Return & Replacement Process

The eligible Return Replacement/Exchange is processed within 3–4 business days after the request is approved.

The replacement product will be delivered within approximately 4–7 business days from the date of processing.
Refund Process
If a refund is applicable:

The refund will be processed within 3–4 business days after return approval.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been opened or used.

The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

The item is not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).
