At Myxer, we are committed to delivering quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.


Eligibility for Return & Replacement

Returns and replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

Return & Replacement Process

  • The eligible Return Replacement/Exchange is processed within 3–4 business days after the request is approved.

  • The replacement product will be delivered within approximately 4–7 business days from the date of processing.


Refund Process

If a refund is applicable:

  • The refund will be processed within 3–4 business days after return approval.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days from processing.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened or used.

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is not returned in its original condition and packaging.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).
