We at Myxer strive to provide a smooth and efficient shopping experience. However, if you need to cancel an order, please review the following policy carefully.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@myxer.in with your order details.
Once we confirm that your order has not been dispatched, the cancellation will be processed and the refund (if any) will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
After dispatch, your order is handed over to the courier partner, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
Refusal to Accept Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a delivered order without a valid reason, a cancellation charge and shipping cost may be deducted before issuing any refund (if applicable).
Myxer’s Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:
Product unavailability
Errors in pricing or product information
Payment issues
Delivery address not serviceable
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and any payment received will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
